Refund policy

At DoorSkinz, we strive to make every custom magnetic door skin meet or exceed your expectations. Because each wrap is custom-designed and produced to your exact specifications (including size, artwork, and design details), all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins or the order is fulfilled.

This policy reflects the personalized nature of our products—once created, they cannot be resold or repurposed.

Exceptions for Quality Issues We stand behind the quality of our Proudly Made in the USA products. If your DoorSkinz wrap arrives damaged during shipping, or if you experience any of the following within 90 days of delivery under normal use:

  • Ink fading
  • Delamination (layers separating)
  • Loss of magnetism

Please contact us immediately. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue—whether through repair, replacement, or refund—to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our 90-Day Product Warranty covers these specific concerns (full details provided in your order confirmation or upon request).

Additional Notes

  • No returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the final design after approval.
  • We encourage reviewing your proof/artwork carefully during the Free Artwork design process to ensure everything matches your vision.
  • Shipping damage must be reported within a reasonable time (ideally with photos upon receipt).
  • Refunds, when applicable under the warranty, will be issued to the original payment method.
